Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

I. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Opt out of the sale of personal information — We may not sell your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.
• Opt out of the sharing of personal information — We may not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information — You may direct us to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the Services.
• Non-discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

II. Our Data Practices

ApexEHR does not sell your personal information or protected health information (PHI) for advertising or any commercial purpose. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose personal information to service providers, contractors, and subprocessors who assist us in operating our Services. These disclosures are governed by Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) and/or Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and do not constitute a "sale" or "share" under California law.

III. How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

To exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may submit a request by:

• Email: Send a request to admin@apexehr.com with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request."
• Mail: Submit a written request to ApexEHR LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE - 19958.

To process your request, we may need to verify your identity. We will respond to your request within 15 business days of receipt, as required by California law.

IV. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide written permission signed by you, and we may require you to directly verify your identity with us. To designate an authorized agent, contact us at admin@apexehr.com.

V. Additional California Privacy Rights

In addition to the right to opt out, California residents may also exercise the following rights under CCPA/CPRA:

• Right to Know — Request disclosure of the personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
• Right to Delete — Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to Data Portability — Receive a copy of personal information you have provided to us in a portable format.
